Demo guardrails
Built to be shown, not to sell food
Demo business - no real orders or payments. Harbor Halal Platters is a fictional presentation demo for showing what a branded ordering-style web app could feel like.
This fictional storefront shows what a branded pickup-ordering-style web app could feel like for a halal cart or small restaurant. The experience is intentionally public-demo safe: it uses local browser previews and clear labels instead of real ordering, payments, customer accounts, or restaurant operations.
How to read this demo
- Preview a premium branded web app experience for a fictional halal platter business.
- Show menu browsing, item customization, local demo cart, fake confirmation/status preview, QR launch, and install guidance.
- Discuss what could be customized for a real owner without implying this public demo is taking orders.
What this demo intentionally does not do
- No real order acceptance, kitchen ticket, delivery, pickup reservation, or fulfillment.
- No payment collection, card fields, customer account, email signup, phone lookup, or address collection.
- No real restaurant address, certification mark, marketplace affiliation, or promised business outcome.
Why the limits matter
These guardrails let the founder show the customer experience, brand quality, QR story, and install positioning without creating confusion about food preparation, payment, privacy, or business operations. A real client version would be scoped and implemented separately.
